  • 摘要: 自2019年12月第1例不明原因肺炎病例报告以来,COVID-19疫情给全球健康带来巨大的挑战,世界各国在抗击COVID-19疫情的同时,越来越多的研究关注COVID-19疫情对慢性非传染性疾病可能造成的影响。尽管目前相关的实证研究数据不多,但本文从慢性病三级预防,包括病因预防、“三早预防”和临床预防方面进行了阐述。现有不多的证据表明COVID-19疫情对慢性病三级预防的各个环节均有影响,而且其影响程度在不同国家和地区依赖于其COVID-19疫情的严重程度。此外,本文还为未来慢性病的防控工作提出了可能的策略和方向。
