  • 摘要: 食管癌是严重威胁中国居民健康的恶性肿瘤之一,中国是食管癌的高发地区,疾病负担严重。吸烟、饮酒、蔬菜水果摄入过少、不良饮食方式、感染、遗传因素均会增加食管癌的发生风险。虽然近年来液体活检技术显示出了良好的食管癌筛查效果,但是胃镜检查目前仍然是食管癌的标准筛查手段。中国早期食管癌诊断率偏低、筛查力度有待加强。
