Immunoregulation function of long noncoding RNA in rheumatic diseases

摘要: 目的 长链非编码RNA (long non-coding RNA,lncRNA)是一类长度大于200nt的新型非编码RNA。近期研究表明,lncRNA参与免疫功能的调节,进而参与多种风湿性疾病的发生、发展。本文对lncRNA在免疫功能中的调控作用及其在类风湿关节炎、系统性红斑狼疮、干燥综合征、骨关节炎等风湿性疾病中的研究进展进行概述。Abstract: Long noncoding RNA (lncRNA), with size larger than 200 nucleotides, is a new class of noncoding RNA. Emerging evidence has revealed that lncRNAs play a key role in the regulation of immunological functions and autoimmunity, thereby participate in the onset and development of rheumatic diseases. Herein, we review the recent findings of lncRNA regulation in immune functions and in the development of rheumatic diseases, including rheumatoid arthritis (RA), systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE), Sjogren syndrome (SS), osteoarthritis (OA) and ankylosing spondylitis (AS).
