  • 摘要:   目的  建立健康指数的理论模型及范式,构建健康指数的理论方法体系,为健康指数构建提供一般性、普适性的理论依据。  方法  针对健康指数构建中的瓶颈问题,在健康决定因素模型、社会生态模型、星球健康模型、人口健康模型和同一健康模型指导下,创建健康指数的理论模型及范式。  结果  构建了融现实世界社会生态模型和虚拟世界社会生态模型为一体的广义健康指数模型(generalized health index model,GHIM)。基于GHIM发展了包含“广义健康决定因素域、健康指数域、目标导向域、技术流程栈”的健康指数理论范式。  结论  所创建的健康指数理论模型及范式,为构建不同领域或层级的健康指数提供了一般性、普适性的理论模型及范式。
