The current status and hotspots of hand-foot-mouth disease in China by co-word analysis

摘要: 目的 揭示我国手足口病领域的研究现状及热点，为相关人员了解本学科发展态势，确定研究方向提供参考依据。方法 以“手足口病”为主题词，检索中国知网（chinese national knowledge infrastracture,CNKI）数据库。利用书目共现分析系统（bibliographic item co-occurren cematrix bulders,Bicomb）软件生成词篇矩阵和共现矩阵，并进一步通过SPSS 20.0软件和Ucinet 6.560软件进行聚类分析和网络图的绘制。结果 我国手足口病的研究热点主要集中在手足口病的流行病学研究和临床分析、手足口病的药物治疗、手足口病的并发症的防控以及手足口病的中西医结合治疗。结论 我国对手足口病的研究比较成熟，但缺乏深入创新的研究和对未知因素的探索。Abstract: Objective To reveal the current research status and hotspots in the field of hand-foot-mouth disease in China and to provide a reference for relevant personnel to help them understand the development situation and determine the research direction. Methods The Chinese national knowledge infrastracture (CNKI) was searched with “hand-foot-mouth” as the key words. The bibliographic item co-occurren cematrix bulders (Bicomb) software was used to generate key-words matrix and co-occurrence matrix. Cluster analysis and network diagram were made by were made SPSS 20.0 and Ucinet 6.560 software. Results The hotspots in the field of hand-foot-mouth disease in China mainly concentrated in the epidemiology research and clinical analysis of hand-foot-mouth disease, the drug therapy of hand-foot-mouth disease, the prevention and control of complications of hand-foot-mouth disease as well as the combined treatment of traditional Chinese and western medicine for hand-foot-mouth disease. Conclusions The research of hand-foot-mouth disease in China is relatively mature, but there is lack of intensely innovation research and exploration of unknown factors.
