The expression of vitamin D receptor and nuclear factor-κB p65 in human colon cancer

摘要: 目的 研究维生素D受体(vitamin D receptor,VDR)和核转录因子(nuclear factor,NF)-κB p65在人结肠癌组织中的表达水平。方法 收集手术切除的结肠癌和对照标本各27例为研究对象,采用免疫组织化学技术检测对照和癌组织VDR和NF-κB p65表达状况。结果 27例结肠癌患者中有5例VDR表达阳性(18.5%),有7例NF-κB p65表达阳性(25.9%);对照组有23例VDR表达阳性(85.2%), 有25例NF-κB p65表达阳性(92.6%)。人结肠癌组织VDR和NF-κB p65阳性表达均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(均有P<0.001)。结论 人结肠癌组织中VDR和NF-κB p65表达呈低水平。Abstract: Objective To explore the expression of vitamin D receptor(VDR) and nuclear factor(NF)-κB p65 in human colon cancer.Methods The expression of VDR and NF-κB in the surgically resected tissue specimens from 27 cases and the normal tissue from 27 people of control were detected by immunohistochemistry.Results The VDR expression of 5 cases (18.5%) and NF-κB p65 of 7 cases(25.9 %) was positive in the specimens of 27 cases, but VDR expression of 23 cases (85.2%) and NF-κB p65 of 25 cases(92.6%) was positive in the specimens of 27 control. The positive expression of VDR and NF-κB p65 in human colon cancer was lower than that in control (all P<0.001). Conclusions The expression of VDR and NF-κB p65 is low in human colon cancer.
