柏氏禽刺螨在中药材薏苡仁中的耐受力

  • 摘要:   目的  调查中药材薏苡仁是否存在柏氏禽刺螨污染,以及该螨在薏苡仁中的耐受力。  方法  取800 g储藏中药材薏苡仁过40目分样筛,筛取80 g薏苡仁碎屑。从薏苡仁碎屑中直接分离螨,制作玻片标本,参照文献对分离的螨类进行螨种鉴定。  结果  从80 g储藏中药材薏苡仁碎屑中共分离出螨449只,经鉴定,该螨为柏氏禽刺螨(ornithonyssus bacoti)。  结论  首次在储藏中药材薏苡仁中发现柏氏禽刺螨,并且污染严重,应予以重视,谨防柏氏禽刺螨作为传播媒介传播病原体引起的疾病。
