Long-term effects of early-life disaster exposure on mental health during the whole life cycle

  • 摘要: 生命早期的营养状况、生活方式和生活经历对人一生的健康和发展至关重要。本研究从全生命周期视角入手,对现有国内外研究中胎儿期地震、洪水、暴风雪、飓风、饥荒等多种自然灾难事件暴露对人口健康的长期影响进行回顾和梳理。结果表明,胎儿期经历灾难性事件,对儿童到成人的生命周期精神健康均有一定的不良影响。基于国内外研究成果,未来对生命早期灾难性事件对精神健康的长期影响研究,可从扩展研究对象、完善研究方法、延伸研究内容等方面进一步探索。
