Current status of hepatitis B virus infection among children and adolescents in the model area of comprehensive prevention and treatment of hepatitis B in Luohu district in Shenzhen

  • 摘要:   目的  了解深圳市罗湖乙肝综合防治示范区(简称罗湖示范区)内儿童青少年乙型肝炎病毒(简称乙肝病毒)感染状况,为开展儿童青少年乙型病毒性肝炎的防制工作提供科学依据。  方法  采用多阶段整群抽样方法,从罗湖示范区内14所幼儿园、12所小学、2所初中和1所高中共抽取9 599名研究对象。采集静脉血液,采用酶联免疫吸附试验(enzyme linked immunosorbent assay,ELISA)检测血清乙肝病毒标志物。  结果  乙肝血清标志物阳性率在不同性别间差异无统计学意义;不同学龄组中乙肝表面抗体(hepatitis B surface antigen,抗-HBs)(χ2=196.038,P < 0.001)、乙肝e抗原(hepatitis B virus surface antigen,HBeAg)(χ2=9.925,P=0.019)阳性率具有统计学差异;不同性质的幼儿园幼儿,乙肝血清标志物阳性率差异均无统计学意义;不同性质的小学学生仅乙肝表面抗原(hepatitis B surface antigen,HBsAg)阳性率差异具有统计学意义(χ2=9.487,P=0.002),私立小学阳性率(0.67%)高于公立学校(0.04%);公立与私立中学学生仅抗-HBs阳性率差异有统计学意义(χ2=25.390,P < 0.001),公立学校(58.85%)高于私立学校(45.43%)。  结论  罗湖示范区内乙肝综合防治工作卓有成效,未来的工作中,要更加关注高年级学生和外来务工人员子女的乙肝免疫问题。
