Progress in research of single nucleotide polymorphism of susceptibility genes of type 2 diabetes

摘要: 2型糖尿病是多基因复杂病，具有高度遗传异质性，不同地区、不同种族人群的遗传背景不同，参与2型糖尿病发生的易感基因也不同。近年来单核苷酸多态性与2型糖尿病发病相关性研究的取得了一定的进展，但尚未发现任何一个SNP在所有人群中均与2型糖尿病相关联。本文拟就2型糖尿病相关易感基因单核苷酸多态性及其发病机制研究进展进行综述。

Abstract: Type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM) is considered to be a complex polygenic disease, with high genetic heterogeneity. The different susceptibility genes from different genetic background, different regions and ethnic groups, have been involved in the development of T2DM. In recent years, the researches of correlation between single nucleotide polymorphism(SNP) and onset of T2DM progressed greatly, but have not found any SNP associated with T2DM in all groups. This review focuses on the relevant SNPs in T2DM susceptibility gene and the research progress in pathogenesis.
