  • 摘要: 新型冠状病毒(简称新冠病毒)感染发生以来,妊娠期新冠病毒感染对孕产妇及其子代健康结局的影响一直是国际上的研究热点。孕妇因免疫、心血管、呼吸系统等生理变化,一直被认为是传染病发生期间的弱势群体。越来越多的证据表明,妊娠期感染新冠病毒与包括孕产妇发生妊娠期并发症、住院/入住重症监护病房、死亡和子代发生早产、死产、低出生体重、小于胎龄儿、远期神经心理行为发育异常等在内的诸多不良结局有关。本研究就妊娠期新冠病毒感染对孕产妇及其子代近远期健康结局的不良影响进行综述,以期为新冠病毒感染相关妊娠风险咨询、产科护理和子代照护提供科学依据。
