  • 摘要: 心血管疾病已经成为影响全球居民健康的首要疾病问题,研究已经证实每周进行足够的身体活动可有效降低心血管疾病的发病率与死亡率。目前,每日步数已经成为国内外学者研究身体活动的热点,本文就近年来国内外针对每日步数与心血管疾病及其主要代谢性危险因素的研究进展进行系统综述,探讨其内在的关联关系并提出促进心血管健康的每日步数推荐范围,以期为制定有效的心血管疾病预防和管理措施提供科学依据。
